Cancellation / Refund Policy

We reserve the right to impose a 25% restocking fee (of the complete purchase price) for all cancelled installations. Our Limited Warranty only covers the water directly after it leaves our treatment system, and this also applies to an existing system that has been repaired or serviced. Payment is due when services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Good Faith Inquiries

By contacting Mr. Water LLC or submitting any form on this site, you represent that your inquiry is genuine, that you seek service for a property you own, occupy, or are authorized to represent, and that all information, photos, and location data you provide are accurate. False, misleading, or bad-faith inquiries are prohibited, and Mr. Water LLC may refuse service and recover costs incurred as a result of them.
