I called Mr. Water ( Scott ) Regarding a sulfur smell in my well water system. We set up a site visit date. Scoot was timely and started with water samples as to ascertain what may be causing this smell. After reviewing the water samples he went over what is causing the issue and how he would go about fixing this problem. Scott was very knowledgeable and explained to me how his proposed equipment would solve my issue. After installing the equipment the sulfur smell is no longer in my water. Scott did an excellent job. He evaluated the problem and spent two hours explaining everything and answering my many questions. He helped me find the hidden drain line for the old softener to make sure it was hooked up correctly. He worked with me and gave me a very reasonable price for an entire softening system, which included a whole-house filter and some pipe movement. It’s been 3 weeks and everything is working perfectly. We also had Scott put on a bug-proof well cap. Overall Scott did a great job. I Highly recommend him.
