Designed for Problem Well Water
This system has a either a 12″x52″ or 10″x54″ softener tank with a 1.25″ dome hole (standard) filled with one and a half cubic feet of softening resin and the 1″ Autotrol Performa 268/460i control valve (including bypass). This is a fully programmable metered system that monitors water usage and regenerates only when necessary . This system is built for problem water conditions like very hard water (up to 150 gpg), heavy ferrous iron (up to 20ppm clear water), moderate ferric iron (up to 6ppm red water), manganese of 4ppm (clear water), manganese of 2ppm (oxidized), moderate sediment, and radium 226/228. This is a very reliable design with flow rates of up to 25gpm, adjustable salt dial, and Electronic flow meter. Can be upgraded later (for about $900) with a micronizer and air vent to our Patented Water Softener with Closed Pressure Aeration if Sulfur Water (rotten egg smell) starts to be a problem.
Designed for Extreme Problem Well Water and Larger Homes
This system has a 12″x52″ softener tank with a 1.25″ dome hole and two cubic feet of softening resin and 20″ R30-BB sediment pre-filter and 20″ EPM-BB carbon post-filter. This fully programmable 1″ Autotrol Performa 268/460i control valve (including bypass) metered system monitors water usage and regenerates only when necessary. This system is built for extreme problem water conditions like very hard water (up to 200gpg), heavy ferrous iron (up to 20ppm clear water), moderate ferric iron (up to 6ppm red water), manganese of 4ppm (clear water), manganese of 2ppm (oxidized), moderate sediment, and radium 226/228. This is a very reliable design with flow rates of up to 25 gpm, adjustable salt dial, and “Electronic Demand” flow meter. Designed for City Water Softening
Standard 32,000 grain “Electronic Demand” City Water Softening System with EPM-BB (carbon) pre-filter for the removal of chlorine taste, smell and to prevent chlorine destruction of the softening resin. This fully programmable 1″ Autotrol Performa 268/460i control valve (including bypass) metered system monitors water usage and regenerates only when necessary. This system has the same basic components as our well water system but with one large 20″ carbon filter installed before the unit. This standard residential (2) two tank system will greatly improve the quality of the municipal water entering into your home. We also offer compact (1 Tank) cabinet model units (not pictured) for laundry rooms and other small spaces. You will receive many years of great tasting and soft water for bathing and laundry along with chlorine and trihalomethane removal.

Heavy Duty 3.0 cubic foot (13”x54” Tank) Automatic Acid Neutralizer with 10″ EPM-BB (carbon) post-filter for taste and odor. The 1″ Autotrol Performa 263/440i 3-Cycle Valve (including bypass) has easy to use controls, a 25 gpm flow rate, and 12 gpm backwash rate (to remove accumulated dirt and sediment). Built for a pH of 6.0 or higher, low iron and manganese, low to moderate turbidity and sediment. This system is professionally engineered for small to medium homes that have Acidic Well Water. We warranty this system to keep the pH above 7.0 (when properly serviced and maintained) down to the refill line. This system will greatly reduce or eliminate lead solder and copper pipe leaching, blue–green staining of plumbing fixtures, and water heater failures from corrosion. Also a 1.25” fill port is available for homeowner servicing at a small additional charge.
Designed for Large & X-Large Homes with very acidic water 5.0 or above

Built for a pH of 5.0 or higher, low iron and manganese, low to moderate turbidity and sediment. This huge system is professionally engineered for large to very large homes that have extremely Acidic Water, high Carbon Dioxide content, high water usage and/or flow requirements. We warranty this system to keep the pH above 7.0 (when properly serviced and maintained) down to the refill line. This system will eliminate lead solder and copper pipe leaching, blue–green staining of plumbing fixtures, and water heater failures from corrosion. Designed for where No Drain or 120V Outlet is available
3.0 cubic foot (13”x54” tank) UpFlow Acid Neutralizer with 1″ in/out head, R30-BB (30 micron) pre-filter and EPM-BB carbon post-filter for taste and odor. UpFlow acid neutralizer systems are designed for installation in basements or other areas that do not have access to a drain or 120v electrical outlet. This system works best for acidic water conditions with water quality parameters of no iron or manganese, low turbidity and sediment, pH of 6.0 or above, and are installed in small to medium sized residences. Also a 1.25″ fill port is available for homeowner servicing at a small additional charge.
Installed Under Kitchen Sink or Basement if available
5 Stage Reverse Osmosis System installed under the kitchen sink. This standard drinking water system will produce 50 gallons of great tasting water per day. Unit includes filtration system, purified water holding tank, chrome sink faucet and installation. Custom built high purity 24 gallon per day systems are also available.
The system can also feed a refrigerator ice maker and cold water dispenser. Most well water installations will require some form of pre-treatment. Basement installation of the system is preferred by most customers allowing for ease of filter changes and for more room under the kitchen sink.

Designed for Disinfection of Bacteria and Viruses in medium to large homes
We install high quality Viqua (Sterilight) 18 GPM Ultraviolet Lights. These units offer a superior 99.9% disinfection of bacteria, viruses and other pathogens when properly installed according to the manufacturers recommendations. With the high flow rating of 18 GPM, UV Light customers can rest assured that the water will be biologically safe for human consumption and the water pressure will not be affected because no flow restrictor needs to be installed – unlike smaller lights with a lower GPM rating. Most residential and light commercial well water systems will require some form of pre-treatment (usually a water softener) before this germicidal light can be installed. Includes 304 stainless steel Reaction Chamber, Quartz Sleeve, ICE Ballast (with 365 day countdown display) and high output UV Bulb Rated for 9,000 hours of continuous use.
