Mr. Water™ Professional Water Treatment of Hagerstown, Maryland is a local full service water conditioning company specializing in the maintenance and repair of most brands of treatment equipment and well systems in central Maryland and the surrounding Tri-State area. We service Culligan®, Ecowater®, Rainsoft®, Kinetico® and other conditioning systems installed by plumbing companies. Most of our customers have been searching long and hard for reasonably priced and expert help on that “mysterious device” in their basement. For a small initial fee of $60 we will test your water, evaluate your well pump system, and do an honest system evaluation to determine what needs to be done to get the existing treatment equipment you already have operating properly and provide an up front estimate on work to be performed. Poor water pressure commonly experienced in well systems can, in most cases, be greatly improved. Water that stains fixtures and tastes bad can also gradually damage your houses' expensive plumbing system causing pinhole leaks, clogged piping, and unnecessary water heater repairs. All of this can be avoided for less than you might think!

Recommended Replacement Filters

This is a picture of the radial flow filters we recommend as a replacement in our Big Blue filter housings. The filter on the left is a (25-30 micron pleated) dirt and sediment prefilter and the one on the right is a GAC (25-30 micron carbon) taste and odor postfilter. These and similar filters can be purchased at Lowe’s or The Home Depot and most other plumbing supply retailers. Filters with a radial flow pattern (water flows through the sides and the filter has a hole through the center) are best as a replacement because they have higher flow rates and will last the longest between changes.
